Policies

Please allow 24 hours between tanning appointments in order to avoid overexposure. Tanning sessions are limited to a maximum of 20 minutes.

Elite Fitness & Dance Inc. requires a minimum of 2 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. There will be a $4.00 fee or a reduction in minutes for appointments, which are not cancelled within the specified time frame.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the tanning beds and hydrotherapy bed. Children under the age of 18 will require parental consent when purchasing tanning packages and hydrotherapy packages.

Food and drink are not permitted in the tanning and hydrotherapy rooms.

Protective eyewear that provides a light-tight seal must be worn while tanning. Eyewear must block out 99% of UVA light and 99.9% of UVB light. Protective eyewear is available to purchase.

A full refund will be issued within seven days of contract signing. After seven days, refunds will not be issued for tanning and hydrotherapy packages.

Sanitation Practices

Elite Fitness & Dance Inc. uses hospital grade sanitizer on the tanning beds and hydrotherapy bed. Tanning and hydrotherapy rooms are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

Danger: Ultraviolet Radiation. Follow instructions. Avoid overexposure.

Outdoor tanning lotions are not permitted since they may damage the acrylic on the tanning bed and cause photosensitivity. A variety of indoor tanning lotions with moisturizers and nutrients, are available to purchase.
